Michelle Sugiyama is a nutritional chef, certified health coach and national speaker.
Her mission is to make a positive difference in people’s lives. She is a former chemist with a Master’s degree from the Ohio State University but realized she wasn’t making a difference after a decade in Corporate America.
Michelle enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu and externed at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Southern France. She has enhanced the wellness of children, adults and seniors as well as employees at mid-sized to Fortune 100 companies.
Her inspirations are her 101 year old grandmother and 6 year old adopted daughter, who hasn’t been ill for over 3 years. Michelle is driven to fill the gap between “knowing” you should be healthy and actually doing it.
